Description:
This project involves the internal remodelling and refurbishment of Handfield Jones ward, located on the first floor of the Renal Building, along with the provision of a roof-mounted Air Handling Unit (AHU) and associated services and support structure located on the roof of the building to form a High Dependency Unit.
This works includes.
- Strip-out and some demolition and reconfiguration.
- Drainage works.
- Remove all redundant MEP installations.
- Mechanical and Electrical.
- Replacement of Draeger Beam.
- Relocation of pneumatic tube
- New dialysis docking station.
- AHU screening and associated ductwork cover.
- External wall and roof projection penetrations.
- Remove existing cladding tiles at roof slab level to allow for installing brackets for steelwork.
- Replace existing ceilings, floors, skirting and doors.
- Clean and paint windows
- Fire stopping and partition fire upgrades.
- Make good and decorate.
