Description:

Demolition of the existing community centre and garage compound on a site abutting existing residential developments and the design and build of a new community centre and multi-use games area including associated external, infrastructure works, landscaping and car park. The facilities consist of the main hall (up to 200 persons), 2 x smaller halls (up to 60 persons), meeting room (up to 12 seated), offices, large kitchen, toilets and external baseball/football court.
