This development was in response to population growth, stimulated by the new residential development at Titanium Point in Bethnal Green which was driving increased demand for healthcare provision in the Locality.

The project involved the Design and Build shell fit-out of the 920m² Suttons Wharf Health Centre on the ground floor of Titanium Point in Bethnal Green on behalf of NHS Property Services and WEL CCG for the Globe Town Surgery to relocate to.

Suttons Wharf Health Centre provides 12 consulting rooms and 3 treatment rooms, as well as a multi-purpose group room and counselling room. Two of the consulting rooms will be dedicated GP training rooms.

The work involved alteration works to form external walls to the shell building, internal partitions, installation of structural steelwork, drainage, new connections to existing new basement level plant room, mechanical and electrical installation including connection to a district heating system as well as the installation of fixtures, fittings, and finishes.

Testimonial
The practice is very happy to have moved into our new Health Centre at Suttons Wharf. I have found the Storm team be proactive throughout and open to discussion to resolve any issues. The work was completed to a high finish, and they have created an open and exciting environment that staff and patients will benefit from for many years to come.
