The work comprised of the refurbishment of Shannon Ward on the ground floor of Dennis Scott Unit at Edgware Community Hospital including minor demolition and alterations, new drainage, creation of ensuite rooms, new windows, floor, anti-ligature fittings, reprovision of mechanical and electrical systems and associated works.
