Description

The project involved the adaptation and refurbishment of the first floor of the Woodcote Wing at Epsom Hospital to create a new Outpatients Department.

Following asbestos removal by a specialist contractor the works comprised some demolition and a complete strip out, significant, structural alteration works, new partitions and internal door sets, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new fittings and sanitary fitting, data communications as well as a full range of mechanical and electrical installations.
