Demolish and construction of new two storey extension with flat roof to contain 4 additional classroom spaces, corridors and new toiles over 2 floors as well as refurbishment of other rooms and compartmentation & full mechanical & electrical services at Botwell House Catholic Primary School in Hayes, Middlesex.

This work was undertaken in a live school environment which meant that student safety was a priority as was the need to minimise disruption to staff and students from noise, dust and vibration.
