Description

Construction of a brand new bed lifts within a constricted internal court yard between Blocks D & E. Works include installation of structural steelwork, new cladding, roofing, windows and fit out works inside including new electrics, fire alarms, new entrance corridor, partitions and flooring.

This work was undertaken in a live environment over the 5 floors of Ferguson House at St Helier Hospital in Carshalton which meant that noise, dust and vibration needed to be kept to a minimum and good communications was essential with the adjacent departments.
