Demolition and alteration works to convert the staff bank and orthopaedic office areas to a specialist design to create five state of the art installation soundproof audiology booths, offices, kitchen and associated patient reception area located on first floor of Ferguson House at St Helier Hospital, Carshalton.

This work was undertaken in a live hospital environment involving modification of all the existing mechanical services including LTHW heating system, pipework and radiators, domestic water systems and above ground drainage whilst adjoining departments were occupied which meant that good communications and site management was essential throughout the works.
