Adaptation and refurbishment to the ground floor of the Woodcote Wing to form a new Catheterization Recovery Unit. Included demolition and alteration works including installation of mechanical and electrical services, provision of a three gas AVSU module with integral three way gas alarm panel (showing oxygen, medical air and vacuum supply status) as well as ceiling and wall finishes, new doors sets and sanitary ware fittings.
The catheterization laboratory is situated in a mobile unit directly outside of the Catheterization Recovery Unit and this work was undertaken in a live hospital environment whilst the adjoining Cardiology Investigation Unit was occupied.
Testimonial
We have engaged Storm on several projects in recent years through the open tendering process and have found them to be professional, approachable and cooperative.
Their staff are well managed, working well within the live hospital environments with a desire to achieve a good finish with least disruption to services and I have no hesitation in inviting Storm to tender for further capital work at the Trust.
