Description:

This project works involved the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the old Speech Therapy Department in the busy live environment of Teddington Health and Social Care Centre (H&SCC) to create a new Pain Clinic. The project involved careful logistic planning for deliveries and general vehicle movement to the amount of staff and patients using the centre. In addition to project required extensive mechanical and electrical works including a new sub-main requiring trench work over 200 metres from the front of the site (Teddington Hospital) to the H&SCC which linked to new external steelworks to connect to the new condensers and Air Handling Unit.

This works includes but not exhaustively.
