This building was originally a smallpox hospital which over time grew into the Whittington Hospital. The works on this Grade II listed building comprised of a full strip out finishing’s, fittings and electrical services, demolition of non-load bearing partitions, construction of new stud partitions and suspended ceilings with glazed panels and doors, repair and replacement of window where necessary as well as extensive restoration works externally to the stonework brick pointing and roof repairs.
