Description:

The works comprised minor demolitions & structural alterations, Reconfiguration of internal spaces to form new welcome and bar area, accessible WC & ‘Main Street’ access, new roof lights and roof joists, decoration flooring and finishes, kitchen and bar area fit-out. Modifications to mechanical and electrical installations, new 4way TPN distribution board for new lighting and power circuits and RCBO’s for all power circuits and install a iGuzzini lighting scheme with dimming and RGB controls using PVC/LSF cables installed above the new ceiling void.
