Description

The work consisted of renewal of the existing roof coverings for area agreed in phase 2 of works and prepared to receive a new insulated Bauder felt roof covering system including all associated works lead detail, abutment adjustments and flashings. A new uPVC fascia system was also installed to each roof area with a new guttering detail and new rainwater goods. Internal redecoration and new lighting in the school hall.

This work was undertaken in a live school environment which meant that student safety was a priority as was the need to minimise disruption to staff and students from noise, dust and vibration.
