Adaptation and refurbishment to the ground floor of the Woodcote Wing to form a new Eye Unit. Works included demolition and alteration works including installation of mechanical and electrical services, ceiling and wall finishes; new doors sets and sanitary ware fittings.

This work was undertaken in a live environment with Woodcote Wing remaining occupied throughout the project which meant that noise, dust and vibration needed to be kept to a minimum and good communications was essential with the adjacent departments containing the Cardiology Investigation and Catheterization Recovery Units.

Testimonial
We have engaged Storm on several projects in recent years through the open tendering process and have found them to be professional, approachable and cooperative.

Their staff are well managed, working well within the live hospital environments with a desire to achieve a good finish with least disruption to services and I have no hesitation in inviting Storm to tender for further capital work at the Trust.
