This Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) of works comprising demolition and alteration works, new partitions and internal door sets; floor, wall and ceiling finishes at 2 Trust sites to provide additional office spaces for clinical and administrative staff at the Springwell & Dennis Scott Units. Also including the provision of a medication clinic room at the Dennis Scott Units.
