Redesign and refurbishment of a 1970’s office building to accommodate Islington Council Repair Services teams and call centre which were being brought back inhouse. The existing office space comprised of a warren of dark, poorly planned rooms with sub-standard heating and ventilation provision over 3 floors. The redesigned opened up the offices and introduced light to create bright and coherent spaces.

Testimonial

I have had the pleasure to engaged Storm Building on several projects over recent years through the open competitive tendering process and I have also found them to be extremely cooperative with regards to meeting the Council’s needs and to be flexible to achieve these targets.

Storm staff have a collaborative approach with the desire to produce a good product within these tight time frames and the quality of workmanship is rarely compromised which is cascaded down from management to staff on site and I have no hesitation in inviting Storm to tender for further capital work.
