Description

Refurbishment of the building to be operated by Impact Hub Islington on behalf of Islington Council over three floors to accommodate tenants from local creative industries and install new platform lift within newly formed opening. The building had previously accommodated council services and a complete overhaul of the building space including mechanical and electrical services was required.
